  • Experience in selling computer chips, bios for IT industry in Asia Pacific Region
  • Major account direct sales experience to Fortune 1000 companies (customized to the position we are trying to fill)
  • 3+ years of over quota performance, selling IP based products and/or services
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving success with quotas of 2MM+
  • Steady employment and earnings growth over a timeline
  • Sales experience in the networking industry V IP based products (network hardware manufacturers), and/or services (network services)
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking concepts (LANs, WANs, IP infrastructures in large/complex customer environments)
  • Strong vendor-side background (sales experience in highly competitive service or product environments)
  • Substantial assignment ( 3 yrs+) in at least 1 large vendor organization with a successful track record
  • Participation in formal sales mentoring and training in a vendor organization
  • Outstanding business development skills V demonstrate an aptitude for developing new business and opening up new accounts
  • Territory expansions/development skills V demonstrate ability to multi-task, work multiple accounts simultaneously, leverage sales strategies between accounts, and develop sustainable revenue streams in multiple accounts
